White Collar Crime, typically among civil servants of many types, including: law enforcement groups, higher ranking civil service managers, chief's as well as the rank and file, appointees, managers and particularly most people working in the worker's compensation field and industy which also includes judges, lawyers, doctors and many more.
it all makes up institutional, white collar crime.

white collar crime: what if you report it and nobody cares?
the curious thing about this complaint and the letter shown is their response when i followed up and contacted them at the number shown.
they refused multiple times to do a dam thing. they refuse to investigate, shrieking at the top of their voices: "WHY ME?" and other such things as they basically pissed themselves trying to figure out how to get rid of me and my demands for investigation.
they even asked "what do you want" - "what can we do for you to make it right" - wonder if they were offering to bribe me by getting rid of a FAKE ticket they gave me some time back before this - convenience, often the harbinger of what happens...
if you want, call or write the CHP at the above number and address and DEMAND to know why they refuse to aide me and investigate my allegations of White Collar Crime at State Fund that iinvolves 3.5 to 10 billion dollars. (let me know if they whine, it's what they do...)

THE WHOLE STATE IS CORRUPT. A judge who worked as a WC trial judge while working for a law firm , while presiding over case she threw for the defenses for the insurance companies they represented IS now working for state fund, they just move the criminals around just like in the federal govt. That can only happen in CA WC as I have realized that all the courts send all type any work related cases to WC. to help hide corporate violations of employees. THE threats on life is not uncommon, just a little hard to prove but when all is said & done but when they become of big web deceit with insurance & employers with the WCAB, THE CASES OF ACCIDENTS" ARE STARTING TO ADD UP on the whistleblowers! padilla4insurancecommissioner.com
you are so right - at state fund, we had a party house where a special room was remodeled (paid for illegally naturally by worker's comp funds) owned by a top state fund manager. this party room was used to party judges and get them high, drunk or laid via poker games and other means of getting them in debt to the party givers so that when it came time, they had "tame judges" available to roll the state fund way - dishonestly.
this same judge refused openly to refer my complaints about death threats, beatings, muggings, open retaliation by managers and even uniformed CHP officers who beat me at work in front of witnesses so that nobody else wwould get any 'uppity ideas' about reporting all the criminal conduct at this state agency that looted billions and destroyed a union and the collective bargaining rights of an entire state's civil service in doing so.
OH! Just to add a little bit more, BOTH sides of the attorneys, defense & APPLICANT attorneys knew because they were in on it with the judge(s). They're even having MSC's without a DOR & the state judicial performance comm does nothing? Nor does the CBA? The unions refer their union members to these applicant attorneys, so you get sold out by all of your very own reps.
the police chief's or upper management is the worst. in Bell, california they had 14 or 16 police chiefs or other high ranking officers get 100% disability - FROM THE SAME DOCTOR - it was a "mill" where dreams were made if you were high enough on the totem pole of corruption to "merit" the illegal benefits.
despite this being known, nobody in bell ever lost a fake pension - its still so corrupt there that on the city council an alleged reformer, nestor enrique valencia is actually a mole for corruption, having worked at state fund as a 'pretend shop steward' - one who dealth with the little things but when it came to real crimes against another shop steward (me) and indeed, agaiinst ALL THE PEOPLE WE REPRESENTED, he lied and ran and hid when the rest of us wanted action and results. from what i can tell, until i brought it up, he had apparently hidden from his electorate that he had worked for state fund at its most corrupt time.
